River City Robots is ALL about getting our kids fired up about technology. Robotics holds so much interest in young minds it is a natural way of doing this. They have such a good time and learn so much about teamwork, problem solving, design, working their minds, working their hands, working with electronics, working with software and so much more there is not room to list them all.

This all happens under adult supervision and mentoring and with real world constraints of money and time. These skills have and will help those involved become what they can and want to be.

River City Robotics is not just for the "nerdy", "geeky", "special" or "rich". It is for ANY kid with an interest in working on a team to accomplish great things while learning and having an awesome time doing it!
 

We encourage anyone interested in joining as a team member, a mentor, a sponsor or as someone who wishes to help in any way to contact us about our club! 

River City Robots was formed and became a 501(c)3 organization chartered in Missouri in 2002. Membership  consists of students primarily from the St. Charles County area and adult professionals from area companies.

River City Robots Co-sponsors many FLL (FIRST Lego league) teams for kids 9 to 14.  For the 2006 Season we co-sponsored 7 teams! Our hopes are that some of these kids will eventually graduate to the FRC Team 1094.
